Missionary Ministry will work to support FeedMore. The
Ministry will be collecting specific food items each

continue our monthly ADOPT-A-PEW march the third Sunday
of each month (excluding March and June as a result of
Women's and Men's/Father's Day). This is an attempt to
lessen the possible stress of reaching the requested
goal of $100 per member by Homecoming. The ADOPT-A-PEW
RALLY is an effort to help achieve our Annual Budget.
Envelopes for this march are in the back of the church
pews. If you need additional envelopes, please contact
an usher. You may continue to use the Homecoming
envelope included with your regular envelopes, if you

Today is the eighteenth Sunday after Pentecost. (Pentecost is
dedicated to the descent of the Holy Spirit upon the Apostles on the
fiftieth day after the Resurrection of Christ). The color is GREEN.
Green symbolizes the renewal of vegetation and generally of living
things and the promise of new life. We use WHITE on the fourth
Sundays here at Riverview for Communion.
